Hyderabad meri jaan

Reproducing a Hindi poem by my wife, Rolly. I edited the poem a little bit. Not bad for a first attempt:

हैदराबाद का है कुछ अलग अंदाज़
इस शहर ने पहना है मोतियों का ताज
जहां नुक्कड़ कि दुकान पर बैठा है चाचा करीम
लोग जहां आते खाने सेंवई और हलीम
यहाँ के समोसों कि बात है निराली
बस साथ में हो अगर ईरानी चाय, एक प्याली

गोलकोंडा फोर्ट का अंदाज़ है कुछ निराला
समय कि धूल ने जिसे कर दिया है काला
मगर फिर भी उसमे है कुछ बात
जगमगा उठता है जब हो जाये रात
कहता है अपनी ही ज़ुबानी
सदियों पुरानी अपनी कहानी
